Ma 1st Plane Spotting on approach NAIA (Manila,Philippines-RPLL)

I'm bummed out..I visited the PI back in May and I asked the driver to take me to a location to plane spot and he said he did'nt know anywhere..

@spyromatt Thank you for the fast response..I did some filming of departures at SFO a couple days ago and caught a rare daytime glimpse of Philippine Airlines flight PR105..The flight was 14 hours late and they used an Airbus A340 which is rare in itself because PAL always use their 744s on the SFO-MNL route..The video is on my "HitstownUSA" channel. The video is titled "San Francisco Airport Plane spotting Part 1" or I can send you a video response..Very nice shot of the PAL Airbus A340!!

@vinyl12s you're welcome! and yah coz they usually use their a343s in their mnl- guam and honolulu routes. To the mainland it's the 744s. Also, if you're inside the cabin on finals, the ailerons of a343 has more movements for horizontal stability on finals as compared to the 744. seen it coz i've been aboard in both planes. Ima see your upload.

Karamihan na nag lalanding dito ay A320. But I like the Beech 350 King Air.

@kljigs500 it's a 767-300ER, JAL doesn't utilize the 777 to MNL. I can see why you think its a 777 but its a 767.

Yes it is. 767's have only two wheels per side & it hangs forward. 777's have 3 landing gears per side that hang backward.

JAL was obviously a 767. you can tell from the number of tire..

@seaboo143 it's a 767-300ER, JAL doesn't operate the 777-300ER to Manila. JAL uses their 777-300ER on longhaul destinations.

@mutizen99 Nakakita na ako many times ng 777-300 na Cathay sa NAIA. Ewan ko lang kung -300ER un o -300 lang. Madalas din 747 nila.

@omar2726 hhaha ou andami nila 777-300 isa s morning and may gabi pa baka nga sa tanghali merun eehh kasi nakapag 300 na ako with cx-904 and cx905 pero grabeh alam ko di gagamitin ng cx ang 777-300er nila in route hk to manila kasi omfg yung kasi halos parehas lng ang 300 at 300er mas malyu nga lang ang er so bakit yun gagamitin nila sa manila eehh nandyan nmn yung 747 kung rami passengers :)

@mutizen99 Oo nga. Passenger volume lang habol nila, kaya madami din 747. Malapit lang naman eh. Pero kung mahilig ka sa 777 (Like me!), dami 777 sa MNL, like Emirates, Thai Airways, and of course PAL!!!
