Sonic 06 was strange, and got dumb as soon as Elise kissed SOnic, but at least they thought it all out. They didn't leave any plotholes.
I haven't played Sonic 4 yet, so i cant give any opinions on it, although im more interested in Sonic Colours, to be honest.

Sonic does, as you oversimplified, "run fast." However, he also has a super form, several acrobatic abilities, and other things that are past just running.
And another major plus: Sonic can actually use more than "WA-HOO!" as dialogue. =)
Dripping sarcasm out of the way, both characters have their perks. To see these perks, I'm going to point people towards "Super Mario Bros. Z", a series by Alvin-Earthworm. He has made the best sprite videos I've ever seen.

Sonic does, as you oversimplified, "run fast." However, he also has a super form, several acrobatic abilities, and other things that are past just running.
And another major plus: Sonic can actually use more than "WA-HOO!" as dialogue. =)
Dripping sarcasm out of the way, both characters have their perks. To see these perks, I'm going to point people towards "Super Mario Bros. Z", a series by Alvin-Earthworm. He has made the best sprite videos I've ever seen.
