@Farigu123 i know im not Durrah, but....8 meals a day? unless ur sleeping 4 hours a day and are up the rest of the time, ur eating wayyy too much and ur probably not allowing ur body to burn off the carbs from the previous meal. so it stock piles and you end up actually gaining fat. 5-6 meals a day and space them out slightly longer. 3 hours a day and keep the carb protein ration about the same and ur set my man.

I'm a bit confused with amounts of protein/carb .. I'm doing 8 meals a day.. Pretty much all are 20g protein and 40g carb.. I weigh 90kg..
I feel energetic in the gym but doubt I'm burning alot of fat with this diet, should i turn my carbs down or stick with it?

that meal can't be more than 250 calories in that meal. 4 times a day, that's 1000 calories. And you're getting 0 grams of fat?
