For the record....before the idiots start coming in telling me I'm wrong. Double-clutching is when you 1. clutch in 2. shift to neutral 3. clutch out 4. clutch in again 5. shift to next gear 6. clutch out. This synchronizes the input & output shaft....which is now obsolete thanks to synchronizers in all modern transmissions.

It often gets confused with "power shifting" which is shifting (using the clutch) without letting off the throttle.

@razz0404 Oh the G27 itself won't do anything, it depends on the game you're playing. In GT5 prologue, it'll just leave you in neutral, which simulates you being blocked out of the gear i guess.

Actually its possible to shift gears without using clutch even in real life. You just need to have right revs on the engine compared to your speed so it syncs with transmission.
