Could anyone explain why this is an "incredible speech"? Could anyone give the exact date and location? Would anyone care to share the gist of what was said with non-Tibetans?

well first of, the dalai lama is giving advice to the tibetan people. telling them not to practice bad ways ..like indulging in illegitimate bussiness and poaching of animals n stuff. anyways the gist is he wants the tibetan people to have a good name and not be disgraced. well the reason it isa good speech is bceause he advises us for the betterment of his people and our race and culture. alrite enough said. i think u get it now.
