well the gist of it was that the violated the rules for using YouTube clips on other sites. mainly the disabling of the link back to youtube on there sites. That is why Viacom and YouTube went to court along with several other maters.

Some subscribe to christians "for the lulz" (ie Brock Lawley is hilarious at times), sometimes because we respect the individual and like the hear opposing viewpoints, encourage dialogue etc (ie I respect many of JF's points, except whenever he talks about morality), some we just find entertaining.
Obviously there are trolls on youtube, I think viewing them as atheists first and trolls second is a mistake.
To be fair, I'd say that is largely because they will be the more vocal, and the ones that will stick out more in your mind, but point taken, I'm not defending their actions or denying their existance.
If atheists do it to "spite God", then they're not really very good at being atheists. I've often wondered what a good title would be for someone who accepts the existance of Godly entities or a specific God, but chooses not to worship/follow them, or chooses not to associate with the community.

In times of crisis and poverty , people were sold as slaves to help make the world a better place. That was part of the law of Israel and it's people by Moses. Yes , God doesn't mind it. But the bible does say to treat people as you would yourself. Slaves were often treated as family and groomed as a family member.

Why is it only the Christians that block people? JF is turning into VFX. I bet we will see "Comment Pending Approval" soon. Most his videos these days are just trying to get people upset(The internets call it trolling). I remember the good 'ol days when JF was good at having meaningful interactions with members of other faiths. Now he's blocking people for no good reason and making KKK jokes... We want the old JF back.

Some subscribe to christians "for the lulz" (ie Brock Lawley is hilarious at times), sometimes because we respect the individual and like the hear opposing viewpoints, encourage dialogue etc (ie I respect many of JF's points, except whenever he talks about morality), some we just find entertaining.
Obviously there are trolls on youtube, I think viewing them as atheists first and trolls second is a mistake.

If atheists do it to "spite God", then they're not really very good at being atheists. I've often wondered what a good title would be for someone who accepts the existance of Godly entities or a specific God, but chooses not to worship/follow them, or chooses not to associate with the community.
I suppose they get chucked into the already vague catagory of "deist".

@regelemihai I subscribed to JF because he was the only christian that made sense and wasn't afraid to have an honest dialog with atheists. There will always be atheist trolls. JF has always been pretty tolerant. I notice the atheists trolling harder on JFs channel now. Likely because the content JF produces these days is a bit judgmental.

Testament are given instruction, by god, through the writers on the behavior of believing slaves, and the behavior of a believing master. YOU go look it up. N.Testament. Got it? I repeat , nowhere in the bible are Christians instructed to own slaves. The New Testament does speak about slavery, to Christian slaves and to the Christian masters of the slaves, one only has to read Philemon to understand. Mankind has the ability to pervert and twist anything if it wants to.

This same Jehovah god gave detailed instructions to his "children" on the capturing and keeping, and beating, of slaves. {just don't kill them!} This was the o.Testament, yes, but Same God. {Never changes, same yesterday, today and forever, you know}...Same God, gave Christians instructions on slave holding and slave behavior in the N.Test. So, slavery is O.K. with Jehovah. Back then anyway.

One would think, if some omniscient being was handing out holy orders two thousand years ago, he might have had his people act a Little more morally. Slavery,? No problem with god.

As for Philemon, that was a letter to a man suggesting he accept his former slave back as a brother and as he would Paul himself, showing him love and compassion.

I said the problem is, the Bible does mention slavery. It not only mentions it, old and new books give orders on slaveholding. . Ephesians 6:5 and 6:9, instruct believing slaveholders and slaves, on behavior. If this was the "word of a holy and perfect god", or anything close to that, it would have read, Slavery is evil. You know this.

Remember that it wasQuakers and Evangelical Christians in America that started the Abolitionist movement.

Slavery is no different.
In times of crisis and poverty , people were sold as slaves to help make the world a better place. That was part of the law of Israel and it's people by Moses. Yes , God doesn't mind it. But the bible does say to treat people as you would yourself. Slaves were often treated as family and groomed as a family member.
