This community is so hard to break into though, I have over 200 videos on my channel, and as of the past few months I have created a show called level I think its some good stuff I just cant get anyone to watch. Good question... there seems to be a lack of listening when it comes to many of the contest entries. EVERYTHING must be original -- that includes songs and all. If you didn't write it, then I can't let it have a chance to win. But your video does not have to include a song. Be creative and have fun!

Julie, I really really like you I have seen all your videos and you are the 11th person I ever subscribed to BUT why does this sound like a commercial for Youtube with emphasis on Youtubes guidelines for making videos. Actually, I believe that there should be a higher standard on youtube. I am very picky about who I subscribe to for a reason. 1: I have to really love whom I subscribe to. 2: I want them to invest time, effort, and creativity in their videos. And 3: I want it to be tasteful (AKA not trashy) entertainment.

By setting a standard through my "pickiness", I'm actually supporting youtube's cause.
