The enemies have fixed locations and semi-fixed routes. The closest thing to enemy location randomization is the thing in which you transport an enemy close to a door somewhere else in the room.

Strange, i'm sure the walls always turned evil when Ive played. The speed was different, very fast in extreme, I think that wihout healing, i couldn't survive :O Strange

@Sinounet You were playing in extreme hard mode from the extra new game option

the underpass looks more nightmarish and you lose health while been down there, also the water is bloody
