Nice start! You have the basic idea there. Keep on playing, listening to the little "touches" Nugent puts between the various notes. For starters, keep your right hand tight to the strings so you have more control, and choke some notes a little--that'll give you that cool thump Ted gets. You're not strummin' Puff The Magic Dragon, here. Focus on just the gu-gu-gu-gu sound he gets on the bottom note.
