Anthony Kirkland already faces 2 life terms for killing Mary Jo Newton & Kimya Rolison

Jurors convicted the serial killer of the murders of 13yo Esme Kenney & 14yo Casonya "Sharee" Crawford

In closing arguments DA Deters called Kirkland a psychopath & a self-proclaimed monster

"The human carnage in these 4 murders is almost unimaginable," Deters said. "4 innocent lives were snuffed out by Kirkland."

DA Mark Piepmeier added the words mean, "manipulative predatory killer."
