  • Great lifting, and the last rep was probably the deepest as well. Nice work man

  • Puta q pariu!

  • This is how I feel after taking a rock hard shit!

  • You know your lifting heavy when you have two spotters. Nice background music at my gym on campus they play really bad workout music (even enya once).

  • Your but should touch your ankles!

  • it's friday friday gotta lift weights on friday

  • this foo nuts he holds his bar really low

  • i like how deep you went but dude.. the design of that squat rack may sound good on paper but wtf happens if you fail? the weight will just fall on youre ass..

  • @caveman5408 He has two spotters lol

  • People always complain about the deep of the squat, while i agree he should go down some more but to go to deep will fuck your knees up.... trust me i know

  • @thenewgeneration123

your wrong if ur knees fucked ur doin it wrong

  • @MsDavidmassey No you are wrong, how can i squat atg wrong? Even my trainer said so.... sorry to break your bubble.

Btw my knees aint fucked, i just stoped doing atg and the problem was gone

  • @thenewgeneration123 If your knees are hurting from ATG squats, it's can have two sources:

    1) you're two an extremely high volume of lifting. This is why Oly lifters can have injuries, they put their body through such high volume training that the recovery periods dwindle and injury can increase as a result.

    2) You're not performing the movement correctly. Studies have been done on the validity of knee safety at various depths.

  • @thenewgeneration123 ...the ligaments are the most taut at full extension and flexion (i.e. when you're standing straight up, and when you're ATG). These are the areas where the knees have the most protection. Mathematically, the tautness of the ligaments follows a U curve; so somewhere at middle depths is actually the weakest area for your knees.

By the way, you don't need to even have a degree to become a personal trainer, so even though some know what they're talking about, many do not.

  • american style squats...try walking out with that kind of weight boy and see if you can even balance it if u cant then you cant handle it simple but americans find the easiest way to lift called cheating to me

  • @Stoksie01 yes and ur some russian superheavyweight champion or some shit. stfu till u can do that

  • @MrJervilla i cant walk out with that much yet since i go for 4 reps atleast and my frame is wider so i dont need a belt since ive never felt discomfort at all 300kg is my best for 4 reps but i walked out with it then walked in a circle to finish off helps with balance on strongman events

  • @Stoksie01 Power lifting is an international sport, buddy. People from all over the world who compete in that discipline squat like this. There is nothing American about this.

  • Friday friday, gotta squat weights on friday. Lookin' forward to the muscle, muscle

  • @elminz i KID YOU NOT, i used to sing that all the time! yesterday was bench day, today it is squat day, we we we we so excited we're gonna have a ball today.

  • hahahahahahahahahahahahaah

  • That wasnt parallel

  • I wore the same style shorts during my squats session a few weeks back and ripped on the first squat.

  • and he isnt fat :D

  • Far better to squat this sort of weight AND with some sort of form worth copying.

  • Fuuuck!

  • lets go super wide like a homo, not go parallell! yeahhh. he so strong! How bout actually squatting like a real man, getting deep enough. Horse squats are awful for you, hes going to blow something. Do it right, or get out...

  • @9UnReaL0Dreams4 lol smart guy show us a vid how its don right then lol same weights?? awating your respont.....

  • @piet259 i squat about 195kg, is my best squat, which was below parallell, and my feet were not 8 feet wide... im also 17, and weigh about 76kg, and am on an olympic training team in florida...how old is this guy? 30's, weighs in the 95 100kg range, and super sets curls and tris and calls it a day. HAHAH! ... and still cant squat properly.Awesome coaching hes had his whole life...

  • @9UnReaL0Dreams4 I'm all for Olympic lifting, but power lifting is different. They only go to about this depth (looks to be parallel, not the best angle to judge. A judge would probably pass it), have a wider stance, and a low-bar positioning (which makes ATG nearly impossible unless you have incredible flexibility).

They're too different disciplines. Don't insult someone when he's doing it right for his event.

  • @EndlersaurusRex True. I could've worded it differently. But horse squats are just sooo bad for your legs, knees, and squats are already hard on your back, probably more so with a wide stance.

  • @9UnReaL0Dreams4 Yeah I know. I don't like power lifting either, though I would argue that raw federations are a good indication of strength. (Despite the name, none of the lifts they perform in the style the perform are powerful, though...)

  • @EndlersaurusRex I just dont like powerlifting, because to me its not true stregth.

  • it's friday.. friday... gotta get down on friday

everybody’s lookin’ forward to the weekend, weekend..... partyyyy..... shit.. I think i'm at the wrong place --_--

  • nice

  • they had to remove his balls after this

  • It's too heavy for you, YOur going equipped, and still not breaking your hips past your knee, so it is a no lift. Still mega strong, but slight misleading. Welldone none the less. Can I ask what you weigh and what your true raw lift is?

    Thanks

  • @AMHPowerlifting

If it's Oleksandr he weighs around 75kg. He is a mofo monster

  • that looked like it feels good on the hip flexors

  • @tldevilsh Wide stance squatting with the toes pointed almost forward is an awesome workout for the hips.

    Source: Louie Simmons.

  • this is considered being a squat too? Let's call it sumo barerly parallel good morning lockouts. Meaning of squat is just not there. Put your feet close together, ass to grass and than go all the way up. Olympic weightlifters are to laughing to death right now.

  • @m5p944 Since your such a fkn expert I would love for you to show us all how it's done, but sadly that day will never come because I can guarantee you couldn't lift half this weight....Or any weight for that matter can you little Boy ???

  • @m5p944 its a powerlifting squat stance, dumbass. rofl wtf? this is a squat. a good morning is part of a squat. u sit back when u squat. sumo? its a wide stance, still a squat. feet close together ATG, yeah yeah thats an olympic squat. do you know why its used that way? to help the clean where u squat up the weight. dumbass. olympic weightlifters are not laughing to this because they cannot lift this kind of weight. trolls like you, enough said.

  • @SmexyPC Though I have respect for anyone putting up this kind of weight with reasonable depth, the heavier Olympic lifters can put up weight like this. I mean, Pat Mendes has done at least 800 pounds for his squat, and he goes ass to grass close stance, as an Olympic lifter. It may not be 3 reps, but still.

  • @EndlersaurusRex but pat mendes is prob the only person in the world that can do 800lbs raw with no knee wraps or belt ATG.

  • @SmexyPC Well yeah. He's the only one I've seen do it completely raw (maybe some of the World's Strongest Man competitors, but I feel like they may wear belts), but I feel like larger Olympic lifters with similar equipment to this power lifter (i.e. belt and knee wraps) could put up comparable weights with their style; it's just different is all. As an advocate for Olympic style, I can't imagine having the bar low on my back.

  • @SmexyPC You're comparing Olympic lifting to Powerlifting. they're two completely different sports/styles.

  • @djacklowery i was never comparing the two sports. read the comments. the other guy and i were talking about the squats. not the sports themselves.

  • @m5p944 I think they are too busy training to care. Unlike you.

  • Its Friday, friday got lift heavy on friday!

  • BREATHE!!

  • isn't full squat.

  • Comment removed

  • THIS guy wanna lift some heavy ass weights.

  • damn u dont even look that strong

  • those racks look scary

  • it's friday.. lets lift some heavy ass weights

  • @Techtoniq1 More like "it's every day... let's lift some heavy ass weights.

  • really nice and smoth

  • fantastic well done real power

  • oh wow

  • good but its now deep enough..

    but very strong

  • how is it not deep enough? it was fucking awesome, he was going parallell.

  • @4806577005 First rep was @ parallel, the rest weren't. Powerlifting requires you break parallel. Fucking strong though.

  • @nattulver kid, i would love to see u keep good form for 4 reps. and he went even lower on the last one so im not sure what ur retarted eyes are seing.

  • @nattulver Obviously people misinterpreted what I meant when I said "the rest weren't." Only his first rep was smack dab at parallel, and the rest were lower. Hahaha, amazing squat dude.

  • wow

  • GOOOOOOOOOOOD DAMN!!!!!!

  • strong lad

  • WOW!... very strong

  • what weight class r yho?

  • great squats, awesome strength!

  • Regarding depth what federation do you lift in? I guess not the IPF as you are using a monolift.

  • It doesnt look deep enough, but very strong anyway!

  • hmm i think they're ok ofcourse 2 more CM couldnt harm

  • awesome power !!
