Yep. This one is awesome! Never tried it before yesterday. But I went on a five-mile barefoot run, during which I usually just mix in squats, pull-ups, and various forms of push-ups. I ran across a school yard, noticed a great 20 to 30 yard-long wall and added the 'wall-walk.' Good stuff. Great to mix in with a run or body-weight workout. Thanks John!!!! Jeff Sekerak.
