CA, and 50% of hispanics not graduating H.S. in CA has been talked about on the news, and I have read it in the paper several times as well. If that # is high, it probably isn't by much. My H.S. was about 15% hisp, in 86' when I graduated, not about 80%. We have too many illegals in So. CA, and it IS a burden on our school system & 4 tax payers!
