This is true, but Bill slacked in Harvard, but still got "A"s at the last min. all the time.
But in terms of Microsoft, Bill built his OWN fortune, that is WHY he founded his own company from scratch, dropped out of Harvard, and chose not to just live off of his mother's wealth, like any other person normally would do.
To me, THAT qualifies Gates for MAJOR respect in my book.

I'm a true admirer of apple, but I see no point in this "mac rules, pc sucks" argument. each has its advantages and one positive thing about bill gates is that he made the computer available for everybody, no matter how wealthy he or she is and that he cares much about charity. in fact he didnt have so much money. His parents weren't "rich" in that way and he wasnt supported really much. Everybody was against his idea of a software firma. I don't understand why people cannot accept the fact, that he's really intelligent. I call him genius, read his book "the road ahead".
