a flaw in the system only allowing a certain number of players to recieve those honors from each team and every team in the confrence has to have atleast 1...example we use a points system in baseball me junior year i had the second highest amount of points given to anyone in both all county and all confrence and i was awarded neither because my coach would not nominate me...therefore the best players in the confrence no matter who knows it can be denied the honor if the coach is wanting a kid

the average 40 for a hb/db ect is around 4.3-4.4
LB/TE is 4.7 and less but above average is 4.7-4.9
OL/DL very good is a 4.9 40 and from 4.9-5.2 is above average.
