Kokko is synonyme (and older word) to word kotka, which means eagle. But I think that "Kokko" in this song means specific eagles (kokko) appearing in Finnish folklore Kalevala.
Those eagles can strike fire and are enormous in size. These lyrics are similiar to those tales about kokkos in Kalevala.
So I think the title is more like Came the Kokko :D

I just saw them live last night and they played it and it really does sound amazing live for some reason. I think it's because the guitars are a little bit more menacing, but it's still sort of sad.
