The programme is Paintshop, But theres one problem its like £50 for the disk! and its a huge file! even know the tools are great i think that Paint it better.

no, it definently is photoshop. you can even tell by the adobe feather logo which was used in CS2. I used cs2 for 2 years, so i can tell that this is photoshop. if you dont believe me, you can google adobe cs2 and i can guarantee you will find that the logo's match up.

See I was right :P So I'm not a noob head, noob head. You can also draw in Photoshop, since I do the same thing myself. It's really easy, although I prefer to use Corel Painer 9.

If you want to save some money - make a drawing on real paper with a pencil! Easier and cheaper ;) And btw, great drawing, the colour of her eyes are wonderful!

lol, no adobe does not give away photoshop for free. Paint is free, if you want to endure the pains of paint. Anyway you can go to the adobe website and download a free trial.

i used a tablet which helped greatly. The video was sped up a lot so i probably didn't draw it as fast as you think. to draw smooth stroke.. i had the pen set at point five, 100 opacity and hardness, but in the pen settings i had the shape dynamic turn on, so with a tablet when i draw lightly it gives me a very thin like that's about 1-2 px big.
