  • Good form!

  • I AM IN LOVE

  • wow. just WOW. i'm a guy and i can't even squat that much!

  • Your insane...good job

  • That was sexy keep it up good work girl..

  • I'm a male and can only do 220 pounds.

  • Nice form, explosive ascent... definitely thumbs up!

  • oh my gosh! seeing her alone..I wouldn't expect her to be someone who could squat that much. I think form is good. Butt first before knees. Shoulders and hips go up at the same time. Good form.

  • That's great..a lot of guys can't squat this weight.

  • how much does each plate weight?

  • wow haha a bunch of people on youtube critisizing an olympic weightlifters form, shit makes me laugh, good lift

  • that was great. her form looked a little off but WOW nevertheless

  • Much better then I.. But I am working on it. My hips are inflexible. :( She is gorgeous too as the guy below says.

  • Cute, strong , and she stout! Bad! Oh Oh Oh!!!!

  • Amazing!

  • good point man.. whose countin.. it was awsome anyways.. im gonna post this video on my blog.. teach em to do squats right.. :D hehe..

  • Terrible form. She uses to much back

  • terrible form? you kidding me? she's squatting more than 95% of the people on youtube for 10 reps! and she's a girl!

  • Too much back? She (an Olympian) is keeping her back in pretty much perfect extension every single rep, which is exactly what you should do with your back on a squat. What are you talking about, I pray you are not actually training people with your terrible knowledge.

  • Mmm I really don't see hows that terrible form?

    Head looking directly forward, toes pointing forward, feet about an inch more than shoulder width apart and you can tell shes driving away from the floor with her weight on her heels. And I think her back is clearly straight with each extended rep. And ya, she's an OLYMPIAN trained to do this kinda stuff.

  • Pain is weakness leaving the body. Great set there.

  • this is total bullshit..those are either 45 pound plates or 100 pounds plates which is either 405 pounds or 845 pounds and she has no spot and is not breathing hard at the end..FAKE..but hey nice try...LOL

  • Eleiko brand, specialised for powerlifting:

    Red = 25kg (55lbs)

    Blue= 20kg (45lbs)

    Yellow= 15kg (33lbs)

    Green= 10kg (22lbs)

    Black= 5kg (11lbs)

    The weights in this vid are of older modell (color only on rims) and apparently the color has worn off, because the ones sold now are much thinner and entirely covered in color.

  • wow thanks i'm saving that in a text file. xD

  • She is squatting:

    2x10kg + 4x15kg + 2x20kg + olympic style barbell (18,5kg) = 138,5kg = 304,7 lbs to be exact! :)

    This is legit Collin :) she's just freaky strong, she has X million of the right kind of fibers in her legs. Certain individuals are strong to begin with, and only get stronger as they lift heavy. You don't neccessarily develop bb'der kind of muscles, although some may.

  • You freakin idiot, she's an olympic competitor. She would absolutely suck if she couldn't squat like that. Freakin haters come a dime a dozen..

  • my apologies..keep it up!!!

  • you clearly have never used Olympic lifting plates before, check the color code

  • Collin355, your dumb. there actually in kg, blue is 44 , yellow is 33, and green is 22.. and she is training for the olympic trials.you try being less judgemental of her abilities.

  • Incredible strength and beautiful form.

  • What a cute little BEAST! :)

  • great technique!

  • high, olympic lifters do high bar because it's similar to the front squat / clean motion

  • now that's what i call honest to god squatting - i'm doing my weights now and you're an inspiration, caraheads

  • that ain't 297. More like 197.

  • are you retarded?

  • Womens Bar(x1)=15kg,+ Yellow (15kg x4=60kg),+ green (10kg x2=20kg), blue (20kgx2=40kg)=135kg

    135kg x2.2046= 297.621lbs

  • You somewhat correct 135kg is actually 297.62 lbs

  • you're funny

  • calferath: If you look at it in high quality and full screen, you can clearly see that they are 15 kilogram plates. 8x15=120. Add the weight of the bar and you get 135 kilograms, which is 297 pounds.

  • you're a godess

  • Why is the bar so bouncy o.O ? I use about the same weight for bodybuilding and the bar is rock steady.

  • Olympic bars tend to have more flex to them, unless I'm totally mistaken

  • well she is also using a womens bar which is only 15kg and also thinner than a mens bar

  • hell...i wish i could lose count on 135kg..you usually dont lose count going to 2. lol.

    GREAT FORM!

  • Hey Cara How much do U weigh,..????

  • 71kg

  • Thanks for sharing:-)

  • Of course, it's self-evident that anyone who's stronger or more skilful than PugSleasy is a fake.

  • lol

  • I am incredibly aroused right now.. haha great work. That's a strong ass chick.

  • cool, i wish i could lift like that. great job

  • Awesome leg strength. I have never seen any women squatting so much weight for 12 reps!

    Great Work!! keep it up. May I know what is your max squat for 1 rep?

  • Thank you! 182.5 kilograms

    cara

  • oh that's awesome.

    To think that you can squat almost 3 times your bodyweight... And I espicially like the way you squat - so deep and powerful.

  • whoa!!!that's amazing!!!i'm 18,male,82kgs,and my max rep's only 160kg!!you're inspirational!

  • 12! :L

  • Cara you are awesome.
