This & circumcising boys and girls does violate: U.N. Human Rights Constitution against torture; US Laws against genital scarring/torure/cutting/endangering welfare of child/sexual battery, molestation, subjugation, exploitation (local & State Laws); depraved indifference; intentional infliction of sexual injury which is permanent (circumcisions; destroyed testicles.) It's already in the US, State, Local, & Internation UN Laws.
