Ok guys you can click all of them from a certain point, its like 3 steps forward from the two by the electric box. i found the best way to do this was to click them in a clockwise rotation, it worked fairly well. and no awkward mouse movements. Another thing i did was as soon as one was about to expire, i moved my mouse to click it, and when it went from a pointer to an interact icon, i clicked. DONT wait for the light.. as it is too slow itself.

@FlamingSB You just need to move around and make sure your mouseover on all the devices is possible, then settle at that spot. Instead of trying to stand at the exact spot where the uploader is at, try to find one that fits you instead.

Finally beat this thing after hours of frustration,i found ur vid watched it a few times and bam i nailed that sucker.the key is the first round,if u can time it right and then not miss a light afterwards you will beat it in no time ,thanks so much for this vid ,i was about to lose it lol

I soloed this May 2nd, the advice to wait approx. 1.5 seconds before clicking another node seems to have done the trick.

main problem is lag tbh, my internet connection is so shitty its not possible do it.

people with good connections can do it, people without cant, its as simple as that

(for example i still lag with general game play even with graphics set at minimum and nobody else around, i doubt any1 not on dial-up has a broadband connection as bad as mine tbh)

Still soloable as of 21 April 2011. Took me 9 rounds, with perfect timing the first round, then spam clicking the next one the rest of the rounds. I did not run around and had my camera at about a 45 degree angle looking down, zoomed all the way out.

After completing it again, the interval timing seems to be whenever the cable turns white and then transparent again. When you see it turn transparent, click on the next light. If done correctly, after lighting the last one, the first one should come up almost immediately again.

I just completed this. The trick is all in the timing of the first round as many others have said. Wait about 1.5 seconds before lighting the next one and if done correctly, it should be completed in 3-4 rounds.

For all those saying this puzzle has been nerfed blah blah blah. It isn't in any patch notes so dunno where your getting that idea from especially as you can hit all the nodes where he is standing.

I lose all charge when one node goes red and its red for only like 0.2 secs. :/

The thing discharges as soon as one light goes red. Could charge up to four nodes, then failed...

You can't do it this way anymore since they changed it and you have to practically be standing right next to one to click it. An Australian latency on this game is 300ms, this is impossible to do solo, let alone when your server is lagging

This has been nerfed. You can no longer click on the buttons from any distance, you have to almost be standing on them now or the cursor is greyed out. This absolutely requires multiple people. Idiotic puzzle.

the trick is to go slowly... set it up so that you have them turning off evenly. I tried going as fast as possible for like an hour, and it never worked...

click, wait, click, wait... make the gaps as even as possible and you will get it first try.

Just do it flawlessly 2-3 times and it'll stick and not reset. a straight-down camera view helps too, you don't need amazing ping.

I call bullshit on anybody that says they did this solo. The buttons are so hard to click on standing in the middle. Especially the top right and left ones. IThere is no way anybody can get perfect clicks going around that thing multiple times. I have never been more frustrated with a puzzle than this POS.

Click the first button wait about 1.5 seconds till u click the next one, then repeat till they are all lit. then the second time you go around click, them as fast as u can. When u do it 3-4 times like shown in the video the puzzle will be complete. Make sure u also set your camera angle the way it is in the video

Just did it solo. Thanks to everybody who posted the suggestion to slow down. After a bunch of failures, I got it on the first try after slowing down. My bag had blue shoulders with 200 more armor than what I was wearing. Yay!

I can consistenly solo this. Used Advanced Mouse Clicker by robotsoft (google it), trial version free download. Only need 3 For loops to do this (trial limits to 5). Use windowed mode for game. Don't move view or character after initial positioning. 500ms delay on clicks/mouse movement combined (so can use 0/500, 500/0, or 250/250 if you want). You'll have to make timing adjustments to adjust for your ping. Use keyboard shortcuts alt+F1 to run script and alt+F2 to stop script (so you can loot)

As others have said, make sure you go around the first time slowly. I counted about 1.5 seconds between each button on the first round. It ended up with the last one being clicked as the first one went red. Then just keep up. It takes MUCH longer than in the video - or at least it did for me. About 15 rounds.

After 30 minutes of failing so hard i got a little trick. When doing the first rotation don't rush from the first button to the next. Do it in a relaxed way, wait a second extra before going to the next button, it gives it time to charge between button pushes, otherwise it only charges at the end of the rotation. The last button should be clicked about a second, maybe two, before the first one goes red again. This way i did it in 3 or 4 rotations.

@fluxavatar your comment helped me a lot. Damn this puzzle was really frustrating lol, but finally got it. The trick is the go relaxed on the first rotation like you said, and then just have your mouse ready on the button before it turns red and spam click it. Got an epic server first bow ;)

FYI - If you do it with multiple people you do NOT need to press the buttons in order.

When we did it with 5 or so people we did a countdown then pressed our buttons right after and cleared it in 2 rounds each time.

I spent about 20 minutes on this thing and figured it out, it has nothing to do with latency. When you click a button, you'll see the pipe between that button and the next go solid white and then start streaming. On the first rotation, wait for the solid white to fade before clicking the next button and do this all the way around. From here on out, just spam click on each button in rotation. The first couple of rotations you may not even see the blue go up or the blue will only go up a bit.

@nzalchemist Honestly, latency might be a big factor in how difficult this is, because you can't actually click the buttons until you see that they're disabled, and during that time the charge is continually going down. I personally average around 60ms ping.

@nzalchemist I have 250-300 ms ping and have no problem doing it. If anything, you can try spamming your clicks because there's a tiny time frame before the light goes out when it becomes clickable. After each rotation I usually progress 1-2 bars so it may take a bit.

This is stupid im doing exactly what you are and only getting 1 blue light then it disappears because the first one doesnt reset on time.....wtf
