@ebelein This game came out around 2007-2008. And actually, graphics for games are about 5 times better for PC then PS3, but that's not too say the gameplay is any different. And don't think I'm being biast because I play only the PC, because I happen to also own a ps3, and I play both. And btw, the reason this game wasn't released for PS3 and Xbox was because the consoles couldn't handle the games graphics and physics engine.

dude I got save money up the ass to get a great gaming computer, and I found a good set-up from Tiger Direct, oh and when you buy the game does need downloadable requirements? for example like do you need DirectX 11 or anything thats related to support the game? please write back lewdawg16.

@naraid18 no you dont need direct x 11 for this game, it doesnt even support dx11. It does support dx11 and dx9 though. To play this game max settings you just need a asstasticly strong gaming computer.

@naraid18 If it helps any, a direct x 11 card i would say is recommended for future proofing so you can play future direct x 11 games and suppor them, and you can build a good system to play this game good at about 850-900. I have an Amd phenom iix2 555 black edition cpu, a silenx effizio extreme cpu cooler,4 gigs of patriot sector 5 1600 ram, and a 1 tb caviar black hard drive from western digital..oh and a 770 chip msi mobo.

hey i got a brand new HP pavilion entertainment laptop for christmas :) i tried the crysis demo but it lagged horribly on even the low setting. im guessing the price of this comp is anywhere from 600-800 dollors.

can i run this game smoothly without spending hundereds of dollors?

sadly laptops arent meant to play games like this unless you spend thousands or you just want to play on low setting, im suprised you cant play on just low settings though... Send me the specs of that bad boy and i will take a look at them and recommend what to upgrade. Laptops are a little bit difficult when upgrading, and more expensive but i will take a look at it and let you know what yoo could upgrade and where to get it.

Sk8terhumes12345 the demo runs horrible the full game actually has better performance. The demo has glitches and over crap that make it lag. Try using some patches or other things that improve in Performance I have an HP TouchSmart TX2 I used AMD fusion and I also set my Graphics card to performance those help alot in the demo now I plan on getting the full game the demo runs like crap even if you have alienware. What are the specs for your pc?

The demo runs like crap it has glitches and other crap. The full game is much more improved and runs better. Some guy with AlienWare had the demo and it ran like crap.

ya theirs about 1000 people or more that are online and its very fun but when people dont have good computers/internet connections you can get a lot of lag and some glitchiness but it is a lot of fun when you get on a good server!!!!!!!
