Belocodes, did you try downloading from the MBRepository? I tried it recently, and the version from there works ok. You'll probably want the new patch as well, but Youtube won't let me post the link.

Just google Gangs of Glasgow Taleworlds. The link to the patch is on the last page of the forum thread. Hope that helps.

A port to Warband is planned for the faithful, but probably not till the New Year. Working on a mini-mod right now. Horses have been replaced with bikes and cars now - the cars act weird, but are a good laugh. In reality, though, the cops do use horses for riot control, so it's not that weird to have mounted cops in it, but I'm phasing them out for police bikes anyways.

The next version won't be any more serious, but it'll have a lot more to it - muggings for mobiles, running errands for the serious gangsters - stuff like that. The GTA games aren't exactly serious either, but I know what you mean. I wish Rockstar would make a game set in Scotland - they're Scottish after all.

In GTA: San Andreas there is a horse in the gambling mini-game called "Scotland is Shite". I think that sums up their views on Scotland and the chances of them making a game set there.

Well, Mount&Blade isn't really about graphics, it was made by a husband and wife team, entirely done by two people. Very fun gameplay and great mods, + easy to mod. There are some really good graphical upgrade mods though, I suggest downloading the trial version and seeing if you like the game, if so, buy it and download all the good graphics mods and put it to highest settings if its that big a deal to you.

There'lll be a few more locations in the next release (plus Arenas and more training options) but it will never have the number of scenes that are in the normal game, due to the fucking misery of scene-editing.
