OK this is a p bass special, it has a precision body to Look cool and a jazz neck to play cool, the best of both worlds. P/j pickup set up. The old version was called the jazz bass special back in the 80's, it was made in japan as all fenders were back then (except customs) That is what Duff plays. so no more arguing " Look at the body, its a P bass" OR "look at the headstock, its a jazz bass" You are both correct. happy playing
