It's not saying mahna mahna or manah manah or mananana, it's saying "badanana" because this is an ad for bandanas to support canteen, sure this is probably an alteration of another video but i haven't seen it and i'm sure the lyrics are different.

And though the two characters are both known for singing that same song, they have always been portrayed by separate puppets and considered to have separate identities :)

Say, has anyone noticed how 85% of the Muppets highlighted in this commercial are actually Jim's characters? Excluding Janice, the Snowths, and Rizzo, the commercial is pretty much an homage to Jim Henson himself since Mahna-Mahna goes up to Rowlf, the Swedish Chef, Dr. Teeth, and Kermit. I'm assuming this was like a special 50th anniversary thing since it was done in 2005, exactly the same time Kermit(and the Henson legacy itself) was turning 50. Who's with me?

Actually, I think John Kennedy did the voice of Dr. Teeth. Kennedy was doing Dr. Teeth before the character was passed on to Bill Barretta, who also does as you mentioned Rowlf and the Swedish Chef.
