  • Thanks for the kind comment. After completing chef training at George Brown collegeI appreticed for a few years and then went to Camosun College for culinary upgrading. I have been cooking for over 25 years in quality restaurants and hotels and am a red seal chef.

  • Hah! That was actually kind of impressive... what kind of experience do you have? I've been working in restaurants for about 7 years. It was really nice to see someone on youtube who works with speed and recognizes the peaks of cooking times.
