  • continuation........Once I had a month Yoga class and that puts down my pain for sometime. Now, I do not have time or money to keep the classes. On the days I do some exercise, I feel much better. can you please advise me which of your yoga clips I can practice to alleviate my pain. Thank you for your help in advance..

  • @lovealem Try the dragon pose video she did. It's from yin yoga. It's for the hips, but the stretch may help you some. You could sift through her clips, though, and find beginner ones and go from there. I hope you find some relief soon! I have hip pain from my left hip down into my feet sometimes. When I do yoga, the pain is minimal, if I have any at all. It's a beautiful thing!

  • Hello Eshter. Thank you so much for posting these wonderful yoga practices on YouTube. It is very nice of you. I just want to ask you some advice to deal with my pain. I have pain on my right leg. The pain starts from my lower back, then hips and goes to right heel. I stand the whole day at work. At the register I have to move my right leg a lot. Also, I might put all my weight on my right side. In addition, I like to lie on my side on bed and study for hours.

  • I tried this pose for the first time today. It was nice to see you go thru the motion of the pose with us.

  • Esther, your instructions are always so clear, so complete, so calm. I love and appreciate your teaching style. Thank you.

  • This is so perfect! I set myself the new year's resolution of doing scorpion pose by the end of the year, and have been using an older dolphin pose sequence of yours to prepare. This video gives me a bit of variety just as my interest was starting to wane. Thank you so much :)

  • Can you please demonstrate heron pose? Thanks for all you do! Your channel is great : )

  • Thank you Esther

  • I WISH..... someday ! thanks esther....... :D

  • I'm going to try this. Thank you Esther!!!

  • thanks alooooooooooooooot you are wonderful

  • Hello Esther: I am a big fan, and love to see what you're up to. Just wanted to point out. You have a typo in the lead in to the video. It should read " to prepare for an arm balance ...." But you're a yogi, not a grammarian, so understandable!

  • @Thom3748 Actual grammarian here (professional writer with a degree in English): Either way is actually grammatically correct. But in the syntax of yoga asanas, the term "arm balance" and it's Sanskrit alternative are proper nouns/names, so it's traditionally and grammatically correct to say "preparing for arm balance" in the same way you'd say preparing for Christmas. You can also think of the usage as encompassing the entire movement series, i.e. preparing for yoga.

  • @sonipitts

Whatever, Esther had a typo in the sentence, which was the most important aspect of my message. I too am a professional writer, but thanks for the reminder.
