PPV removes heat and products of combustion from the structure which increases visibility allowing you to reach the seat of the fire faster and creates a less toxic environment for any victims who may be trapped. The key is coordinating actions between the vent crew and attack crew. By removing the smoke you also prevent further property damage caused by the smoke and decrease water damage as you can see where the fire is and move to it faster.
If you know what room a fire is in and you set up PPV the heat and smoke will go out the window. Because of this the fire won't spread as much and effectively protects the rest of the structure.
seems to me only a pc would benifit from possitive pressure , possitive pressure in a house fire doesnt make sense to me lets push more air witch is fuel for a fire in the house i dont get it
