They've always kept it heavy...but a different type of heavy. & Cult Of Static was basically a mix of Wisconsin Death Trip/ Machine & Cannibal. I personally think...that if they'd mix Shadow Zone W/ Cult Of Static....they'd b a much more successful band. Of course...I'm a DIE HARD fan all the way. So, IDC wat they do.

Eh, I really have to disagree with you there. All of their old stuff was supreme. I liked them because they didn't sound like every other metal band out there. This sound is just...generic,. That's the best word to describe this song: generic. It leaves no impression on me, other than being very mediocre. Yeah, I first heard this band in 5th grade. The very first song I heard from them was "This is Not," which is still one of my favorite songs by them. They really have dumbed down their music a lot over the years. None of their more recent albums has left any impression on me. I'm very disappointed in their lack of creativity; it seems they're just blending in to every other amateur metal band out there. "Start a War," "Cannibal," and "Cult of Static" can't touch "Machine" or "Shadow Zone."
