  • This track really grew on me and eventually became my favorite on the album.

  • sick of seeing lil wayne's name on every classic video, wtf is the point. why even do it..why even put his name on the vids whether its in a good way or bad your still putting his name in the mix of this fly shit. youtube heads need to stop doing that.

  • @ShallahJupiter7XL Was just thinking the same.. focus on the positive instead o the negative

  • I SWEAR TO GOD, THEY DONT MAKE SONGS LIKE THIS ANYMORE

  • @therealkbaby just wait..when i release these last 3 mix's ive recorded im gonna revive it...

  • my wisdom when I'm dropping it

    is something like a doctorate

    necessary like oxygen

    I'm seeing who's my opposite

    and who's my A alike

    so lets attract and repel

Third Reich government tryna seize the world

  • Priceless track.

Beat, rhymes and production are so sick!

  • I gotta play this again.

  • not gonna lie, hearing music this advanced and foreshadowing is kinda creepy son...not to mention its already kind of a dark song to begin wit

  • no one now a days can fuck with these cats!!!

    LAMONT, CA 93241

    661 AREA

  • rappers don't make songs like this no more with a story and it being grimy and chill.

  • no disrespect to yall lil niggaz but u gotta have knowledge of self to know what this man was talkin bout....he said whos my A alike so lets attract and repell..u know like magnets??..alikes repell and opposites attract homie..A alikes are brothers..third reich was the title hitler gave to his dictatorship in europe..u know sorta like how they tryin to run shit in america now..n.w.o shit dude!..study ya lessons pah!!..u wont get knowledge like this in ya music anymore.

  • @skrilladog888 Peace. I'm not a member of the NGE but I knew what OC was talking about here. Then again I was born early enough to remember this song when it first came out (NYC and hip hop was much different back then).

A lot of the younger generation won't understand these words because the hip hop we have today, especially in NY, has been stripped of its jewels. One

  • Where hav all da hedz gone??? I been listenin to hip hop since 84 and it' a shame to see how commercial it is now. Anyone who read dis, REALIZE, hip hop has alwayz been for the streetz and alwayz will !!!

  • @elektroindi i feel you. it sadens me that the youngbucks now dayz are listening to that hip pop. but at the same time, i think it's for the best. i treat hip hop now like a good book, or some secret knowledge that i have and i only share my knowledge with those worthy enough to learn

  • @DLcKxFTR then again we gotta share gems like these with them as they may never knw true hip hop

  • @danteaddai not everybody like music like this. it's too highbrow for todays generation. everyone is into 10 hooks per song on a techno/house beat. you gotta crawl before you can walk. they cant handle this type of rawness

  • its a alike..b alike..so we all c alike..peace 2 the nation of gods and earths and children of the u.n.i verse!!..hip hop used to be righteous!!

  • My wisdom that I'm droppin is-

Is somethin like a doctor and

    Necessary like oxygen

    I'm seein who's my opposite

And who's my aid in life

    So let's attract and repell

Third rate government they tryin to seize the world

  • its 'aialike' or 'aialite'...some shit like that. nas said something like that

  • This song is something else.

    poetry on wax

  • His lyrics are incosistent. When I listen to songs like these it makes me wonder why isn't he considered a legend like Nas by most critics, then I think about lyrics like "What's-her-face told me you shot this kid last week in the park /That's a lie, you was in church with your moms" and realize why

  • for sure son but the thing were not all bless to listen to quality hiphop like that , you know , feed someone mcdonalds and tell him its the best food on earth hell beleive you , but we all know that fine cuisine made by ppl who loves and dedicate their passion to food might fuckin taste better , same shit with hiphop , and by the way Nas cant be compared to DITC , nas illmatic is just classic but i better like ditc, Opinions my friend

  • @prouhout I got Big L tatted on my left arm since I was 13, now I'm 21 and still think none of them DITC rappers can fuck with Nas or Jay

  • @milionarii ;O.C & nas are on the same level, both triple A lyricists! But O.C being less consistant than Nas,na bro O.C has only released 1 Lp in his entire career that was below par(bon apatite)the rest are all top class,WORD LIFE & JEWELZ are bona fide classics.Nas on the other hand for all his talent has only released 1 pure classic(illmatic)a couple of very good albums but lots of very average Lp's!As for Jay Z hes not even in the same league as O.C,O.C=hip-hop,Jay Z=pop-hop,Just my opinion!!

  • @socillizt4life yeah it's al about opinions, anyways I would let my child listen to any of those 3, their lyrics got mature content involving street life, that's like magic to me

  • @milionarii whats wrong with those lyrics?

they fit in with the context of the song

  • @bungusmalone they sound really childish to me

  • i love this track! the sample for this is sick. those drums are perfect on here too.

  • ya'll go listen to "bagpipes from baghdad" and "microphone" hes a pure lyricist

  • O.C has got the smoothest flow out there,I love the imagary in the lyrics, one of the most overlooked MCs to ever do this shit!

  • @socillizt4life thats exactly what i think aswell. his raps paint a picture in your head. o.c is amazin

  • 20 years ahead of the times no one is own his level not even now today

  • Yeah man, O.C. definetely was slept on...i've been jammin' his two albums of

Jewelz, and Word Life, since october...playin' it daily. now this jam i would have played it played live @ a concert...between performances. that beat is wicked !!!!

  • whats better ya'll story or the crow?

  • oc the most slept on emcee of all time. so many legends cant compare to this boy in lyrical content and flow.

  • Damn this is such a heavy song, lyrics and beat!

  • THANKS

    REAL HIP HOP HIP HOP

  • the crow was one of my favorite tracks in this whole calssic album...like the person beloe me said...where did the nineties go?

  • very sleek// and physique// stood about 6 feet// his pupils jet black// i had to step back

    ...damn i miss the 90s

  • Some of the best verses I've ever heard right here. And Showbiz's beat is timeless.

  • phat beat

  • I always wondered what this song was about....

  • nas and oc arent on the same level, nas is mainstream and got radio play, OC underground, D.I.T.C. Forever

  • I agree nas couldn't touch any member of d.i.t.c.

  • even Joe?

    Cannonnnn

  • Fav track on the album. Tight story telling skillz

  • classic O.C. joint right here.....does Lil Wayne really have skillz like this lyrical genius here???

  • @notts57 shut up my dude....the only questions are the ones not asked...so fuck u!!!!!

  • @poetuvdapeople fuck off you fuckin twat I said it as a good thing as in I was agreeing with you, think before replying!!

  • @notts57 I was only kidding my dude :-) lighten up my dude..it's not serious but OC is the truth!!!!

  • @poetuvdapeople no probz man you had me half vexed then :P lmao! OC is sick! no doubt

  • @notts57 it's all good peoples...keep reppin' for us real hip hop heads out there aight!!!!

  • @poetuvdapeople hell no; Lil Waynes lyrics are fucking terrible. seriously; whats this shit about nigerian hair hahaha... O.C is a true genius (:

  • @poetuvdapeople

    lil wayne!??who's that stupid biatch???????

    XD

    fack dat!!!

it's da bigggggest wack biatch on eath!

  • @poetuvdapeople ohh shit..wait...did you just compare lollipop kid to hip hop pioneer ? shut up idiot

  • nas is still one of the real rappers out there, the one realer than the other, but nas isnt a who

  • O.C. is a lyrical genius as well as a visionary. No doubt.

  • nas has paid his dues at least hes not lil wayne and faget ass jeezy.hes got some ilL shit on his new almbum.

  • Thanks for the upload!!

  • showbiz is mad underrated as a producer

  • one of the most underrated lyricist

  • this album was my 98 smoking associate...

  • Ziomek nie pisz po angielsku jak nie potrafisz.

The crow is off the chain! Gotta blaze to this now!

  • Nas is better

  • haha, Nas is good and so is O.C., dont compare them man, just enjoy both a dem.

  • word!

  • its like comparin bone thugs and wu tang..haha

  • ya and pharaoh monch is better than dr. dre...

the point is , who gives a fuck?

if its good its good, does it matter whos better?

do you have any other record than nas in your collection?

    such a useless pointless opinion.

  • pfft... that cop-out excuse. nas is better and you know it haha

  • you should just stop listening to hip hop after those words... smh.

  • nas is a sell out

  • ha ha ha.......Smurf that is an outlandish statement. Wow.......

  • how is it an 'outlandish' comment?

  • your right. just think if Nas never released illmatic would he be a legend, other then Illmatic he doesnt really have any classic material. i am a fan of Nas and i own almost all his albums and hes got some big missteps. hes still dope, and i stil buy his albums, but OC is better

  • u guys are fuckin crazy o.c. is good but nas is far better than him hes made way more classic albums than o.c. nas made illmatic, it was written, stillmaic, gods son, and the new untitled was great. o.c. only made jewelz and word life everything else after was blahhh

  • i have to disagree. i think illmatic is nas only classic. i bought every nas album ever released and half the time i regret buying them and feel it was a waste of money. OC only had one album i hated

  • "it was written" was pretty damn good...well, atleast i thought it was...

  • i agree. most people i know think its better than "illmatic"...

personaly i thinks its too close to call but it was written is a CLASSIC.

    - 1 -

  • yeah...i personally think ill is better than it was written, but they are both my top 2 nas albums, with stillmatic & the lost tapes vol.1 lurkin behind! and i'm sure most nas fans feel the same way.

but back to the matter at hand, i don't think neither [o.c. or nas] is better than the other. but what i do know is that they are both better than lil'wayne!

  • You really cant compare them both.. They are both lyrically fit, but with there own styles. Nas just dropped too many albums, while I love just about everything OC has done and consider him one of the best..

  • Dojebane gówno, prawdziwe rapicho rozdupia mnie ten kawałek,mam tą płytkę na orginale i jest dla mnie osobiście faworytem tych lat.Wiem ,i mam lepsze (bardziej uznawane), ale ten alboom mnie najbardziej rozkórwia .Grate oooop to the d.i.t.c from their gratest fan streight from Poland
