Granted, he doesn't really have to pull the charging handle unless the rifle in in an uncharged state, which doesn't happen on the field. However, it's much better than the original where you pull the assist plunger. THAT bugs me big time because you don't use the plunger to reload your weapon and you definitely don't pull it when you do use it.

I'm assuming by assist plunger, you mean forward assist? Yeah, the original valve animations were absolutely ridiculous, but you should always reload an Armalite style rifle by slapping the bolt catch

the sv_consistency errors are set because of "sv_pure 1" wich makes it so you have to use valves original models... thats the only proble mwith custom models

sv_consistency is caused by world models wich are either too small or too big.

sv_pure just makes the gun run like stock.
