@julsHz I found it-- she was protesting the BP oil spill in LA and painted something on a ship about Interior Sec. Salazar-- it was a Greenpeace protest. I don't think it's a felony charge. It's listed with the state of LA. "Unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling" -- RS 14:62.3, LA state code from L.P.S.O. public relations.
