I am sorry cause I like Liza Minelli, but her mouthing her way through the song and then the work she has had done, well, given I am in Italy at the moment and they do love her here, well, I think she was a bit over the top. But she has always been a bit over the top and I guess that is what makes us coming back for more and still liking her. She has done so well and is so human and has defined herself was beyond the daughter of Garland. Still, the lips???

Ok. This is hilarious. I love how Liza just shows up at the fountain lip syncing NY NY. That's show biz. Saw the show she refers to. Not my favourite, as the songs of Kay Thompson are, well..not the best. I prefer all of Liza's other stuff much more. She's the greatest.

Yes, I agree about the Kennedy Center Honor. I hope they don't wait until she is 80 and has to be wheeled in to the box with a wheelchair. They very often don't honor people until they're much older. Lucille Ball was 75, and was dead 2 years later. Let's honor Liza now!
