just to let you know, i know its kinda late, but you always get an item on the random maps, they're just randomly placed and can be tough to find since they're just small brown bags.
i havent entered a random encounter map yet that didnt have one.
also, 1-2 videos back, you said you didnt find an item on the encounter map, but you actually did, you walked right up to a brown bag and picked up 1 antidote, it was kinda funny that you forgot you picked it up just mere moments after getting it
