@swizzlemonster i watched another video where someone used flour and water and you can also use diluted white glue (the non-toxic kid's stuff). I will probably use that because i don't really have a use for a giant thing of liquid starch. i bet you could also use cornstarch, too, though.

can you suggest any other release agents other than tinfoil? i've read about using vaseline but i'm concerne about getting nasty residue all over my sculptures. i've been using wet paper to take the contour shape.

when it's semi dry, i use a slightly watered down pva glue to paper over the contour shapes. using too much water obviously presents a problem as it contracts and curls as it dries. By the way, I'm making a "paper bin/trash bin"

Try cutting a milk jug in half and use the side with te handle as the molt. The handle serves as the nose all u have to do is cut out eyes mouth nostrols ear holes!!! Paper mâché it

well you can if you want, but what i do is shape the paper mache stuff around the eyes so it leaves a space for the eyes, and then you can trim up the eye area
