A Ford Festiva is a completely different car. In the UK, the Ford Festiva was sold as the Kia Pride and Mazda 121.

this car is called a ford fiesta mark 3 they sawed off the top and it's a europe car american don't have mk3 but getting mk7 in 2011 i believe..
