  • Cute

  • Was that an african grey in the background? Sounded a bit like one I think

  • My cockatiel does thsi to me all the time actually. It's grooming behavior. something reserved towards their perceived mates. My 'tiel is a male and i've had him basically all my life, so all that amourous behavior is typical. If he were biting your cat, don't worry, you'd know it.

  • Such a pretty Umbrella cockatoo! My mother owns a Moluccan cockatoo and she will do the same 'preening' behaviour with her 'flock' ie, us or the dog.

  • awe, so very cute!

  • oh there so cute

  • Holy snapple, I love your videos. There's just something about the relationship between that cat and bird which just fascinates me! Which of the two is the most dominant btw? The bird just looks so much more powerfull than the cat in all the videos.. may just be it's eye's tho'.

  • that is one SERIOUSLY CUTE KITTY, I WANT HIM <3 cute

  • I like how theres smooth jazz playing in the background, what can i say, jazz makes me want to do the same thing with my wife :-) great video.

  • In Soviet Russia, Bird ... well that's old by now. :D

  • im in love

  • My name is Gay and that also means Happy :)

  • is the bird really gay...? or ran out of screen names

  • we'd all be doing that to each other if there wern't books to read.

    .

    Thank heavens for civilization.

    .

    Cheers.

    from,

    del-boy.

  • two cute white fuzz balls :)

  • This is bordering on 'inter-species porn'. It even has the cheesy music in the background. "He must love the fur.... the way the fur feels in his mouth." Uh-huh.

  • i think in this video, besides the sweetness between both animals, coco wanted to have attention and caring from his human friend, just as lucky was receiving. it was sad he didnt :/ it felt like being there and giving him lots of love and attention too. in the video coco was left out, in question of attention and love expressions.

  • This is a wierd sort of animal porn, with the music to beat!

  • 1 person was not fleaing lucky

  • I think something that people don't realize is, while yes cats will eat birds, Coco is the same size as Lucky, meaning the cat would be smart not to be trying to hunt that bird. Also, hawks will eat housecats if they happen upon one outside. These two seem to see each other as equals. I think it's endearing.

  • @BloodyHatchetBear thats what usually happens but it deppends how both are raised in the same house, many birds live with cats, without cages, are all live happy =) its indeed endearing.

  • very Lucky thats sweet

  • @gaybird7 I love ur videos. soooo cute. I'm thinking of adopting a cat but scared it will hurt my indian ringneck

  • such a peaceful house, so good for them, that bird is smitten by that kitten, one my cats is named Lucky too she is my life this is amazing

  • I loved this, It really astonishes me how that cat against all its instinct is so calm :)

You did a great job with both :)

  • Did you get Lucky from a shelter? She looks exactly like my old cat. :D

  • awhhh so cute!

  • This is what happened after my date lmbo XD

  • this does remind me of Pepe Le peiu

  • I understand and that is normanl to feel that way. And yes parrots do bite sometimes......

You just grow to love and trust and you can tell when they are not in the mood to be handled..

  • @gaybird7 yup,you can tell when they just want to cruise, and when they want to cruise on you.

  • I would love to have one of these birds one day... well. If I could get over my fear of bigger birds. I have a cockatiel, and she's such a treat--but I get so stressed out near a bird like a cockatoo or a parrot. I was at a parrot 'zoo' sort of thing and so many clambered on me--I almost cried. I don't like being scared of such cute things. D:

  • love it it's so nice to ee people truly caring for their pets

  • @lovecats2011

Thanks we love them very much thanks for the kind words!

  • Yummy, fleas!

    Coco is awesome!

  • I was born many years ago and my loving parents named me Gay. I do love birds so thus the name.... Gaybird

  • HAHA i just love your YT name!

  • Now I see why it's called GAY bird.

  • Would love to have a parrot, but we have cats; so were told don't do it. They're gentle cats though . . Have one downstairs that's an ex-barn cat that wouldn't do at all.

  • Cute couple!

But hey! The cat doesnt actually have fleas right?

  • That parrot looks like he is tearing flesh.

  • doesnt the cat ever bites coco ?? :D u know cats eat birds ?`:D

  • 01 é pau no cú mesmo!!! como q ele ñ gostou dessa imagem?!!! 0.0

  • the bird is getting jeoles so he is attempting to it the cat for atention

  • lol, i hope i am as lucky with my choice of pets as you are

  • seriously that bird is trying to get laid here... creepy O_P

  • i had a couple of rainbow lorikeets (also endemic australia) and they used to 'flea' us :P (as well as each other) they are so cute when they take turns 'scratching' each others heads :D seems like a sign of affection :)

  • parrots need to eat too!

  • Om nom nom cat.... This is like the ultimate payback to all cats who eat birds haha. Just kidding!

  • I used to take care of an umbrella cockatoo, and she did that to me if she got on my shoulder, she would nibble on my hair. The macaw I took care of would try to pull it out though xD

  • omg, this is so beautyful to see, thank you very much for sharing!! :D

  • birds preen each other. I think thats what your Cockatoo was doing

  • OMG what a horny bird hahahahaha love it!

  • I love how the birds getting busy on from on the camera the cats like no please their watching! birds like shh its ok its ok the music is romantic o.o here are you nomming birdy?

  • Lol so cute.. Aww..

  • oh its so cute hehehehehehehehehe

  • if it's a male cat, it's just worried about accidental snips... I would be too with that beak of his, never trust your enemy next to the family jewels!

  • So sweet :)

  • I feel uncomfortable watching this. *covers eyes*

  • thats so amazing. my cats are so afraid of my parrots lol

  • "this is sparta?"

  • GOGEOUS, HOW COULD ANYONE GIVE THESE TWO THE THUMBS DOWN....

  • I just love your videos! They always make me smile! Thank you for posting them!

  • coco is such a sweet bird :)

  • "maybe it feels good in its mouth or sth"

    LOL.

  • Thats very interesting . Amazing animals you have . :D

  • LOVE IS IN THE AIR !!!! so sweet haha

  • look how gentle the bird is being...

  • It's like Coco is tasting Lucky :D But, it's so cool how calm they are around each other :D

  • Hey Cockatoo & Kitty...Get a Room !

  • aww they grew up together

  • "i must have you. you are mine! you drive me mad with desire ... no other bird may touch you, mon cherie ...."

  • とってもkawaii!!

  • I think there is real chemistry between Lucky and Coco.

  • 微笑ましい。

  • I like the sensual tone set by the jazz. FORBIDDEN INTER-SPECIES RELATIONS!

  • Max the party pooper!

  • Its very cute... but IMO an accident waiting to happen. When Toos bite they do not let go right away.

  • sweet

  • OMG, that is the cutest cat ever ;D

  • seems they get along really good! Coco seems to understand and listen to you.

  • Fruity: He has a cage, but I take him out often.

201: They just were curious with each other from the get go. We got lucky with them. Our African is not as friendly. I would never put a cat near our Grey. Coco is just very special!

  • AFrican Greys are not especially friendly period, but they're unbelievably smart, I have a 34 year old Grey named Macy

  • I'm sorry your grey doesn't get along with your cat! We have 2 greys and they get on just fine with our cat and dogs. I think it's because they've been around each other from the beginning. We bought the greys from breeders and they used to bring them over to the house regularly when they were babies and still being hand fed, so they had a lot of time to bond.

  • @gaybird7 I once played with my friend's cockatoo, and it laid it's head on my shoulder, and let me pet it's back and head, and fell asleep on me. It was the cutest little thing ever. Only a baby. yet so sweet. (^_^)

  • LOL, how are they so friendly? My cat keeps trying to eat my African grey. The cat usually escapes lucky to still have his paws though oddly enough...

  • Does coco have a cage?

Or do you let him free?

  • Lucky: ohhhhhh, this feels good..

Cocoa: well lay still and relax!

  • I've seen such a gentle cat. Lucky is adorable!

  • all you need is love :)

  • This is so special. :-))

  • do they ever get angry at each other?

  • never. Coco will let you know when he is not willing to interact, be it a human or animal.

  • lol, sometimes I wonder if the cat thinks to itself, "oh the camera's on; the bird's going to walk on me again isn't it."

  • Hahahahah ^_^

  • iam melting into extasy

  • its so funny how the cat just lets the bird do whatever lol

  • That cat is such a laidback pleasure seeker

  • aaaahhhhh......spring time...when a man's fancy turns into love <3 :p

  • We have had Coco and Lucky both for about 1 year. The cat came shortly after the bird. They do really love each other. It is a different relationship, but it works. :-)

  • @gaybird7

I find this totally amazing & wonderful. I cringe when my birds are near our cats or dogs. They seem to know when to get out of the bird's faces though.

Animal's instincts are so much more keen than ours.

  • I want that sweet birdy!!!!!!

  • She's preening her! LOL! That parrot is in love ... or awe ... you can just tell s/he is fascinated by the feel of her fur and whiskers! This is just too freakin' adorable for words! Thank you for posting this! How long have you had that bird?

  • aww so cute!! lucky and coco are so adorable. They must love each others XD
