There are no holes in Franken's research, and when on occasion he misquotes or something on the fly, he admits it and laughs at himself for it. You don't have anything on him, you are just upset because he makes so much sense and makes so many good points for the "other side" that you can't find an intelligent response for.

Funny enough, Al's facts and accusations fall apart under the scrutiny of Fact Finding. For all his college-educated rsearch team, he still gets it wrong. He even has to yell at his own buddy on his Air America(Err America) Program who listens to Rush and says he is stupid when he can't respond to Al's hand picked Rush sound bite. Al has had time to prepare for any slant or response, unlike his buddy. Talk about an ambush.

Al is an interesting character. I think he gets a little overboard, and one wonders where his ego is sometimes, but I think generally he's got some reasonable ideas. I think this movie is probably going to be on long campaign ad and a pre-campaign on film showing the candidate to be this modern humorist, political hero. Is there room for proganda and some self-aggrandizement? Probably. But it will no doubt be entertaining for those who follow Franken's mindset.
