@PanamaRedxxx Yeah, that's Tekken rules they're using. In Tekken X Street Fighter, they're thinking of allowing the Capcom characters having access to a power meter that will allow them to pull off super moves. Nothing too fancy or game breaking, just something flashy and cool.
