Well if you've got photoshop or something like it you can edit it frame by frame by using the color range tool/option. It will take you a long time though. The question is, is your time free or would it be worth it to get some software.

im trying to do a green/ blue screen effect, but my windows movie maker (my editing software) doesnt have a green/ blue screen effect, how do i do this effect for free?

unfortunatley you cant, you have to bye a program that does chroma keying such as final cut pro or pinnacle, etc

You could look up a tutorial on how to use chroma key on movie maker. It is possible but a bit more limited to how to chroma key it.

Yeah I think they should give some more info on Premiere Pro. That in my opinion (and many other pro's) is the best movie editing program, Than again I have not used Final Cut Pro yet....YET being the objective word.

By general consensus Premiere Pro 6.5, which is part of Adobe's Creative Suite 3, is the overall best editing tool for professionals who cannot avail themselves of an AVID. FinalCutPro is ubuiquitous because a long time ago Steve Jobs charmed the industry and made everybody into Apple/Mac true believers.

Hey ERIK! You may want to take in consideration that a lot of folks are trying to edit on their windows systems. And unfortunately most Windows boxes don't have firewire ports. So Evan may not be able to just plug in. There is hope though for folks who don't have firewire, but it'll cost money, desktops folks can get a add on card for 15-50 bucks, and laptops with PCMICIA can add firewire for 30-80 bucks.

I really like the new intro for Q&Erik but I miss the cheesy green screen background. I found the green screened living room set fit well with the silly top hat, bath robe and bubble pipe. The teal walls of the new set are just kinda ugly in my opinion.

I'd like to start using green screen as well. Maybe not a green wall, on the movie The Hills Have Eyes (remake). They wrapped green tape around the actors finger to make it look like it's been cut off. I would like to do small things like that. :)
