  • Very good! You do them very well, but don't you get back ache because your back has to arch at the bottom of the movement?

    I can't do them anymore without putting my back out!

  • @FromTheMarshess No i never feel pistols in my back. The weight is not heavy enough for it to matter that you have to round your back at the bottom. If you get back pain from this I suggest U strengthen your lower back and core specifically.
