  • was this on Sesame Street? It wasn't like some dude in his basement with a video camera right?

  • sorry i would rather march to the beat of my own drummer than be a conformist drone. It's too bad we start teaching kids at such an early age that they have to be exactly like the other kids or they'll be singled out as weird.

  • It's the upper right hand corner kid.

    HEs the only white one!!!

oh wait, what! it's the football player?! (i know other people must have noticed that

  • and ya wonder why America is falling behind on test scores.

  • Shit that's the third time i got it wrong...

  • OMFG! I got it right! :D

  • @piprod01 ME TOO! :D *High Five*

  • One of these kids is not like the other.. one of these kids are dead!

  • @HeroineWith1000Faces

Which of these kids is dead?

  • The kid on the top left isn't black....

  • At the end he goes:

"Hey you dumb shits you couldn't figure it out? It's that one, retard."

    Just sayin.

  • Top left. The rest are from South Central

  • well frnakly sir i don't see any of them playing any sports they are just playing by themselves the three baseball kids need to start a game and invite football kid

  • Really negative image of someone who wants to do things on their own terms, David slew Goliath, Alexander indeed. You go get 'em, sunshine. 9 yards? Doesn't belong here? My Aunt Mildred! Give a girl your bat.

  • These baseball kids better watch how theyre swinging before they break my computer screen lol

  • This is the only thing I remember best from the 70's period. Lol.

  • I remember my air force drill sergeant made me sing this song when one of my 3 forms were filled out wrong in basic training

  • @juiceeddieshow222

Your sergeant clearly had a great sense of humor! I wish I could meet him (or her)!

  • @Smartboy8877 lol yeah, I heard people snickerin in their bed afterwards

  • I loved this when I was a kid, and it makes a great pop culture reference now, but was this really educational? If a child could understand the lyrics, and actually see the television, how brain damaged did they have to be for the puzzle to be a challenge? Was Sesame Street of the 70s intended for Down's Syndrome patients?

  • its the black kid duh

  • The kid with the helmet has Downs Syndrome.

  • @NoPlaceForLoafers

That is a very interesting observation my friend!

  • Ernie looked quite worried at the end of that

  • Ah i found it , one of them is black

  • ONE OF THESE KIDS IS NOT LIKE THE OTHER

ONE OF THESE KIDS IS DEAD

  • It's The Football Kid.

  • LOL!!!!!

  • In the 1970s I went to school in Brooklyn with one of the Sesame Street kids. I was in the same class with him from grades 2-5. Funny thing is I didnt know until the 5th grade when the teacher made an offhand comment about him being on Sesame Street. We kids stared at him like he had a 2nd head growing out of his shoulder. That very afternoon I rushed home & put on the tv to Sesame Street. Sure enough, about 1/2 hour into the program, him and his little brother were running around in a segment.

  • The top right one is a midget. :D

  • @Allyosaugh hahahaha

  • Top left is the odd one out as he's lefthanded.

  • I should say the one on the bottom right, which is the football player.

  • it's based off of the child basic IQ test it's supposed to develop that I guess

  • childcare lesson time:

children are supposed to be taught that being an individual is admired, however in this cartoon it teaches the children to do what other children are doing.

    ah well.

  • Totally agree...Ani Difranco's "My IQ" speaks exactly to your point.

  • subliminal brain washing. duh.

  • @DannyWiganPK In the late 60's and early 70's, when this clip was popular, saying that someone is "doing their own thing" meant that person was far out, groovy, and just more fun than someone who just went along with whatever everyone else was doing. As a kid, I never saw the one "doing their own thing" as the one who "just doesn't belong here" (which is the lyric they use for this clip now, though they no longer use children in it).

  • I always wondered, why was it so important notice how or what was different? Then segregate them out lol

  • TOP LEFT, GIRL PLAING SPORTS??!! JK

  • quote for truth

  • one of these kids is dead

  • I bet two are.

  • HAHAHA! ROBOT CHICKEN!

One these kids is not like the other, one of these kids is dead!

  • Didnt they had a Rock & roll Verson

  • How many of these are there? I know Bob, Luis, and Gordon all had at least one that they sung.

  • How about this?

    4 football players.

The 1 at the bottom right doesn't belong here because he's a Green Bay Packer and the others are Chicago Bears player.

  • That might work on a parody show for adults, but not on Sesame Street itself (which wouldn't push favoritism for one team/region over another).
