Well, the codes for the SAFEs are random... you just have to select a number for all of them and press the open button then change the individual numbers until they come up as correct.

Essentially, press open button right away, then change all numbers up one and press the open button again.... then don't change the numbers that are correct and keep changing the incorrect ones and pressing the open button.

Annoyingly stupid, but not as hard as the puzzles in the first level!

Yeah, that bastard took many tries to beat obviously, he's way more difficult than i remember him being 10 years ago (maybe because i finished 1st quest only way back then, but still). Stupidly you can't evade those homing bullets, to get rid of them you have to to quickly take down the top weakpoint which causes those homing bullets, once you get rid of it, boss gets much easier to beat however i still recommend autofire for this fight
