@icewhipRox just sign it. i just signed mine and there were no problems as far as i know. if there is a problem when you send your request, i am sure they would send it back to you to fix if they had problems with the signature or some other aspect of your request or documentation that you submit when requesting if you have a FBI file. Just my opinion.

First of all, Europol's headquarters is not in France. It's in The Hague. Your obviously confusing it with Interpol, which is based out of Lyon.

Secondly, it's location isn't exactly a secret. You can find a map right to it on the internet if you wanted. How exactly does that make it "safer"?

Finally, do you even know what the FBI does? It's not comparable with Europol. Europol cannot conduct investigations or make arrests. It's basically a support system.
