@SkunkleSeventy7, I would suggest waiting for MLB 2k10. From what's been seen, MLB 2k9 has glitches that were not well received by fans. MLB 2k9 apparently is not one of their better titles.

From what I have read, MLB 2k10 should be a very good offering. There are many aspects in 2k10 that have received proper treatment. Things are looking up. Stadiums have dramatically improved.

Visual Concepts finally received a full year to do things properly for 2k10. It should turn out nicely.

hmm im not too sure., if ur pulling back n the pushing it up as soon as u want to hit it its not going to work, u have to think of it as real baseball, pull back the RS before the ball leaves the pitchers hand n then when it looks good, then push it up OR u can switch the controls to "classic" which then u can press the "A" button to swing. hope this helps.
