It's nostalgic, but not mawkish. The lyrics are self-restraining, while the voice hides nothing. The highest point of the song is the rendition of the stanza, "His voice..." It stirred-up my oaken soul. However,the video should have been a bit different; it is almost a replica of the previous one.
