Check my page, I just made a PULL UP VIDEO!

  • Great video Danielle, thank you for it. I started doing burpees with no problems, but I wanted t to include more in my exercise routine.

  • For beginners, but at 13 and 202lbs of dope-free power I can do 73 perfect and proper pull ups in a row no stop with perfect form from dead hang no kips. :)

  • @13andincrediblycut hey bro, mind if i ask you, you do em fast or normal speed? since fast one are easier...

  • @pokerockman I do them at moderate-slightly fast speed.

  • @13andincrediblycut you're also capable of lying on the internet, kudos to you!

  • your awesome danielle, thanks for the tips

  • Thanks part 1 and 2 very helpful.

  • nice body ;]

  • @MrDrashti they work entirely different muscles so they will help to a certain point by irradiation but itd be better to work something like bodyweight rows.

  • i think any one who is a beginner and wants to do pull ups should first do push ups. push ups not only servs as a good warm up but they also built the strength in upper body required to do pull ups

  • @Blingblong20 then why u ask a dumb question?

  • Nice vid, thanks

  • Thank you for putting this on. It helps alot!! :)
