batman animated series, xmen, and spiderman are the most epic cartoons to ever come out of super hero cartoons. they werent even made nessacirly for kids. the batman series had some pretty dark entertainment if you ask me. i still enjoy the episodes. i bet all these cartoons were made by the same people because they were all good

@davidvdb20 wha!? You have GOT to be JOKING!! Pokemon is one of the worst shows ever! and as far as anime goes its weak! Not to mention Dragonball Z, which was animated better (not great) is essentially soap opera format.. It takes over 12 hours of viewing to watch some of the fights between Gocu (sp) and "the villan of the week" from beginning to end.. Its rediculous... and just terrible!
