MIX Boombox for iPhone and iPod

Iam getting mine today!! i had to return inMotionClassic - IMT620 a smaller one. loved it but it had a battery saving sensor that would shut down on me with the itouch/iphone connected. every 1 and 1/2 it would shut down.(no way to shut the sensor down) altec lansing had no fix except get up and turn it back on . lol so i returned it and getting this one. hope this one dont have the dam battery saving sensor. PLEASE DONT!!

one side of my speakers sound funny like its blown. how do i fix this.?

I just bought it about an hour ago at it is soooooo awesome. The table i had it on was shaking because of the bass!!!

Amazing system by AltecLansing!Fantastic sound produced. I used outdoor most of the time for taiji music practices in the field.Wow!!!! lots of Mp3s users are asking how's my power supply.I told them I don't used batteries chargeable or non chargeable.I altered the poswer supply to using a 12 volt lead battery which can last me for 5 hrs of playtime without the sound being lowered.It works so well...so many who dare to spend surely will opt for this sound machine!

i dont get it why they dont just put a 12ah or 7ah gell battery in it it's easy to charge and safe to use the fact i need batterys for this makes me not wanna buy it

i always make my own portable boomboxes and always use 7ah gell batterys and they are cheap only 17dollar plus it's charger is cheap to

and i can listen to music when i play it very loud for 7hours plus

and i use 2 6x9 car speakers sound great outside

these are more indoor speakers you really need ported box for outside bass

I had the im7 and the sound was impressive. The bass was good but ONLY for indoors. 8 batteries lasted five hours.

Probably this one have even better sound but it's bigger (less portable).

The Mix should last 24 hours on 8 D-cell batteries.

Oh yes, the bass is very powerful. There's a subwoofer on one side and a passive radiator on the other. You can test it at most Apple stores, btw.
