@SexciiAsad - Kalash was never a part of Pakistan Loser. It was FEDERALLY ADMINISTERED into Pakistan . which is more forceful. Just like CHINA HAS FEDERALLY AND FORCEFULLY ADMINISTERED TIBET.

It is like saying that SOuth Indian is same as North Indian. It is same as calling North Indian Punjabi same as Kashmiris. Not possible right ?
