BrianShaw23 the players get better through the 'Train Active Players for this Week' function before you play a game, it makes it so that you can do just about the same thing but you just have to take the time to do it. I like to do it with my friend, because if im training Travis Henry (HB for Broncos) in the Running back drill, my buddy can simply run away from him with the defense, scoring touchdowns, racking up points, adding rating.
